Algol - Bluebeard Comes Up Empty

Colorado's Own Bluebeard Comes Up Empty

On September 29, 2012 at 5:54 pm police in Estes Park, Colorado received a 911 distress call from Harold Henthorn. Somehow his 50 year old second wife had slipped and fell 130 feet to her death. It was the couple's 12th Wedding Anniversary.
There was just one problem. She didn't slip - she was pushed over a high cliff at Rocky Mountain National Park, six miles west of Estes Park, CO.

Husband Harold waited until there was no pulse in his wife's body, only then he called 911.
Over the next three years his story to police investigators changed like the wind. This and other inconsistencies led to his downfall.

After three years of intensive investigation involving maps, cell phone records, police reports, witness statements, receipts and insurance company documents 59 yr. old Harold Henthorn, the undistraught widower of his mysteriously deceased opthomalogist wife Toni was convicted of her cold-blooded murder (convicted Sept. 21, 2015).

All chart data is based on government records and news reports.
According to Harold's very detailed Federal Arrest Warrant wife Toni was shoved over the cliff at 4:49 pm on the afternoon of 9/29/2012.

The reader will observe the presence of Caput Algol @ 26 Taurus in the two charts.
Algol is found when obsession takes hold of a person, especially in a situation where insurance money is a motive for murder.
During the course of events it was revealed Harold had secretly taken out a $4.7 million life insurance policy on his wife.

Police have since reopened the case of his first wife's highly suspicious "accidental death" in 1995.
It's doubtful if Harold will ever see Rocky Mountain National Park in the same light again.

Harold Henthorn's birth time is unknown, unverified.
